Art Recipes: Transformative Ideas and Resistance Beyond the Art World
This zine project, titled “Art Recipes: Transformative Ideas and Resistance Beyond the Art World,” is a collaborative effort by a group of students from the class ‘Strategies of Resistance’. The students (and the teacher) created final pieces using the idea of ‘Recipe Books’ as a central theme. The pieces bring together creative toolkits, instruction manuals, process documentation, and reflections on resistance and enjoyment in the arts. The project responds to discussions from the semester focusing on practical and transformative approaches to art-making.
Anisha Gupta Müller led the curation and supervision and Sebastián Plaza designed the final cover and print versions.
